Who We Are
Elova is an inclusive, child-centered learning organisation supporting both typically developing children and those with developmental needs, from 15 months to 14 years old. Our programmes are designed to build strong foundational skills that support each child’s growth, independence and transition into mainstream schooling and everyday life. Grounded in Applied Behav our Analysis (ABA), we take a structured yet flexible approach —continuously adapting strategies to suit each child’s unique progress. We work closely with families, fostering open communication and a consistent support system to help every child navigate the world with confidence.
OUR PROGRAMMES
We provide Early Intervention and behavioural therapy for children who are on the Autism Spectrum. Our ABA programmes focus on building the child’s foundational skills, which include self-help, socialising, and academics.
One-on-One Therapy
Our one-on-one therapy provides personalised, intensive support using ABA principles. We focus on building functional communication, language development and everyday life skills—helping each child grow with confidence. Sessions are tailored to the child’s needs and can be conducted at home or in-centre.
School Shadowing
Our School Shadowing programme supports children in adapting to the school environment with guided, in-class assistance. Therapists help facilitate participation, social interaction and understanding of classroom routines, gradually reducing support as the child gains independence.
Social Integration Class
Our Social Integration Classes focus on developing play skills, self-regulation and social communication. In a structured and supportive setting, children learn to interact with peers, build appropriate social behaviours and grow in confidence.

Our Team
At Elova, our team of skilled therapists and educators work collaboratively to support each child’s unique journey. Grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles, we focus on building strong foundations and guiding children to apply their skills meaningfully in both academic and everyday settings. Under the leadership of our experienced Head of Curriculum, we continuously refine our approach to deliver thoughtful and impactful learning experiences. All team members are certified in Child and Infant First Aid.
